- This program solves the challenges of rising healthcare costs and out-of-pocket costs by bundling the benefits of Primary Care Services and the Medical Cost Sharing under a membership model.

This new, innovative program, consists of non-insurance based Primary Care Services from Primary Partners’ network physicians, and a non-insurance-based Medical Cost Sharing Healthcare plan designed by MPowering Benefits.
Primary Care Services from Primary Partners’ physicians offers members a full range of primary care services under a membership contract for an affordable monthly recurring fee. The Medical Cost Sharing program, a proven and effective alternative to health insurance, provides for its members an organized structure within which members contribute toward each other’s large medical expenses.”
