Primary Partners has partnered with UCF school of Medicine to offer the opportunity for providers to invite 3rd and 4th year medical students into their practices for their internship. Primary Partners Leadership and Participating Physicians don’t just care for patients. They teach others how to care for patients by passing on their skills and knowledge to future physicians.

How to be an Affiliated Faculty with UCF College of Medicine through Primary Partners

Submit an application for a Faculty Appointment.
1. https://forms.med.ucf.edu/VOLUNTEER
2. You will need personal information such as your name, address, phone number, etc.
  - Primary Partners can assist you in submitting the Faculty Appointment Application if needed.
Submit a Course Proposal Form. (Access it here.)
1. Primary Partners will supply this form, in a template format.
2. Providers will work with Dr. Magdalena Pasarica, Assistant Dean of UCF, to complete the the Faculty Appointment process.

3. Expected turnaround time for faculty approval is typically 3 to 6 months.
The Clerkship Director will contact the Provider to confirm what period they can teach a medical student and provide specific orientation for the clerkship.
1. Availability will be confirmed 6 months ahead of time.
2. A list of students, with the names assigned to the Provider, will be sent to the office 3 months prior.
